What reporting covers
Reporting spans three views: performance, financial, and capacity. Performance is about whether work is landing on time and moving at the expected pace. Financial is about what the work costs and what it pays out. Capacity is about how loaded your people are and where the pipeline is under strain. Each view can be exported to CSV or JSON, so the figures leave the tool cleanly and drop into whatever spreadsheet, BI tool, or accounting workflow you already use, with no rebuild by hand.
Financial reporting
Financial reporting brings together the money side of a production:
- Project costs across the work in each project.
- Freelancer payouts, so what is owed is clear without a side ledger.
- Delivery performance, including on-time delivery and throughput, so you can see whether the pipeline is keeping its promises.
Financial reports are limited to company managers and above, in line with Zfuro's granular roles. Everyone sees the operational picture; the money view stays with the people who own it.
Role-aware dashboards
Rather than one generic screen, Zfuro gives each kind of user the view that fits their job:
- A company dashboard for managers, with the health of the whole operation.
- A worker's own dashboard, focused on their tasks and what needs their attention right now.
- A freelancer dashboard, scoped to the projects they are engaged on.
- Team capacity and health views, showing utilization and where the pipeline is at risk.
The capacity and health views are where planning and production meet. Because assignments, throughput, and progress all live in the same place, these views can show real utilization, not an estimate typed into a separate planner, and can flag where a schedule is about to slip before it does.
